The X Islamic Legal Studies conference, convened by the International Society for Islamic Legal Studies (ISILS) in partnership with the Governance Programme at the Aga Khan University – Institute for the Study of Muslim Civilisations (AKU-ISMC), will be held at the Aga Khan Centre in London, 19\u201321 May 2022.<\/p>\n
Twenty-two paper presentations distributed over six sessions will be preceded by an opening roundtable discussion on: \u2018Islamic Law and Popular Culture\u2019.<\/p>\n
The conference will be held in hybrid format.\u00a0 Details for both in-person and online attendance will be shared after registration.\u00a0 Including corporate rate codes for accommodation.<\/p>\n
