We hope this email finds you well. We would like to update you on the progress of the upcoming conference, which is scheduled to take place in May 2025 in Münster. We are currently finalizing the program and are excited to bring together a dynamic group of speakers and participants. More information on how to attend the conference and the registration deadlines will be uploaded soon on the website.
We received an overwhelming number of proposals (almost 150!), and we could only accept 23 of them. However, to accommodate also project presentations or simply work-in-progress, especially from society members who would like to attend the conference, we decided to introduce for the first time a poster session . This will allow participants to showcase their projects in a more interactive setting.
If you are interested in presenting a poster, please submit a short abstract (max. 300 words) by October 31, 2024. Please be aware that there is a limited number of poster spots available, and unfortunately, we are unable to provide financial support for poster presenters.
