Biography
Delfina Serrano-Ruano is PhD Tenured Researcher at the Spanish National Council for Scientific Research (CSIC). She specializes in the history of Islamic law and theology. In 1999 she published La obra de procedimientos judiciales de Muḥammad b. `Iyāḍ (Madrid, CSIC). She is the editor of the volume Crueldad y compasión en la literatura árabe e islámica (Madrid, CSIC, 2011). Her publications also include:
